Our 59th Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, April 18, 2009, at the McLeod Branch, 4221 McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
The credit union reported membership of over almost 81,000 at the end of 2008, and assets of over $1 billion; maintaining its standing as the largest credit union in the state of Nevada.
The results of the recent nominations for election were announced, with incumbents, Vice Chairman Leonard Petoske and Director George Anne Rice being returned to the board, and continuing as board members for another three-year term.
The remaining members of the seven-member board are Mitch Fox, Chairman, Joyce Woodhouse, Treasurer/Secretary, and Directors William Moore, Terry Mannion and Teresa Yeoman.
