Our 60th Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, April 24, 2010, at the McLeod Branch, 4221 McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
The credit union reported membership of over 78,000 at the end of 2009, and assets of almost $820 million.
The results of the recent nominations for election were announced, with incumbents, Mitch Fox and Teresa Yeoman being returned to the board, and continuing as board members for another three-year term. Our seven-member board, and their respective responsibilities, are as follows:
- Terry Mannion – Chair
- Mitch Fox Vice – Chair
- Teresa Yeoman – Secretary/Treasurer
- William Moore – Director
- Leonard Petoske – Director
- George Ann Rice – Director
- Joyce Woodhouse – Director
