Our 58th Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at the McLeod Branch, 4221 McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89121.

The credit union reported membership of over almost 73,000 at the end of 2007, and assets of $886.6 million; maintaining its standing as the largest credit union in the state of Nevada. The results of the recent nominations for election were announced, with incumbents, William Moore and Terry Mannion as directors, and incumbent Joyce Woodhouse, Secretary/Treasurer, being returned to the board, and continuing as directors for another three-year term.

The remaining members of the seven-member board are Mitch Fox, Chairman, Leonard Petoske, Vice Chairman, and Directors George Ann Rice and Teresa Yeoman.
