Save time! Complete and return the Switch Kit form below and let us get the paperwork ready for you. Print it, fill it out, and bring it in to any branch. When you come in, you'll complete the paperwork, provide your identification, and that's it! We'll do all the rest! A membership savings account with SSSCU is required in order to open a checking account. If you are not already a member, click here to access our online membership application.

- While viewing form either Print the form, or click on File, Save As/Save Page As at the top of your window if you would rather save the form and save to a location on your computer, then print it.
- Fill out the form.
- Drop the information off at any branch location and sign the transfer authorization(s) while you're there.
