FHA Loan for first-time homebuyers* with only 3.5% down payment.
Teacher's First Payment Assistance Program – SSSCU is an approved lender for this program; that provides payment assistance (subsidy) for Nevada teachers who are first-time homebuyers. (Certain criteria must be met, please call 702.697.8033 and ask to speak with a mortgage loan officer.)
State of Nevada First Time Homebuyer – We are also a State of Nevada "participating lender" in their "First Time Homebuyer Program" offering low- and moderate-income first time homebuyers below-market fixed interest rate 30-year loans with additional assistance available for down payment and closing costs. (Certain criteria must be met, and maximum household income limits do apply.)
VA Home Loans – Qualified members/veterans** of the U.S. armed services can get home loans with little or no down payment, flexible qualifying standards, and affordable interest rates. Loans may be used for purchases or refinances, and you must live in the home. There is a one time fee charged called a VA funding fee that can be financed into the loan. This fee is charged unless there is an exemption based on VA guidelines.
