Buying a new home can be an intimidating experience. Just trying to find a real estate agent or broker can be a challenge. That's where your credit union can help. We have teamed up with a unique consumer-oriented organization-Professional Agent Referral or PAR. By teaming up with Professional Agent Referral, we can help you through the home buying or selling process.
How does it work?
- When you are looking to BUY or SELL a home, call PAR at our Toll Free Number (800) 990-0951.
- You will speak to a friendly Transaction Coordinator who will obtain from you all pertinent information. At this time you will be informed of the realtor who will be representing you along with your credit union, if you are purchasing a home. All contacts by the realtor will be completed in accordance with your instructions.
- PAR will also assign a Personal Service Representative to you who will be available by telephone, fax, or email Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to answer your questions or handle any situation that may arise.
- Your assigned realtor will represent you when you are buying or selling a home in accordance with the PAR Customer Bill of Rights.
- Upon close of escrow you will receive your real estate brokerage rebate within forty-five (45) days. Other service discounts will be received through escrow.
