We will NEVER ask you for your personal information online. If you get such a request, do not provide your information and contact us immediately.

Please be advised that if you received an e-mail from the sender "SSSCU Support" it is not represented by SSSCU. This type of e-mail is what is considered phishing activity or someone posing as the credit union trying to get your personal information. Make sure you DO NOT click on the link. If you have already done so and provided your information, please call 702-733-8820 immediately. Our Information Technology Department is working diligently on this issue.

If you have questions specifically about phishing, you can go to the Federal Trade Commission's website www.ftc.gov or www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/phishingalrt.htm which explains phishing and things you can do to protect yourself.
