Internet Explorer Browser Settings
- We do not support the built-in AOL browser. After connection please minimize AOL and select one of the supported browsers.
- Please have all pop-up blocker software turned off during your e-Access session or allow https://pcaccess.silverstatecu.com/
- After any of the following settings changes are made you MUST close ALL Internet Explorer Browser windows for them to take affect.
- Check for version (Click on the following options)
- Select Help
- Select About Internet Explorer
- A new window will appear that will display the version
- Enable cookies (Click on the following options)

- Override automatic cookie handling
- Always allow session cookies

- Clear Cache (Click on the following options)

- Delete Cookies

- Delete all off line content

- Select Every visit to the page
- Change amount of disk space to use in Temporary Internet file folder section to 1 MB

- After changes have been made you MUST close ALL open Internet Explorer browsers before trying to log back into e-Access and verify that a green arrow with the phrase "Trusted Sites" appears in the status bar at the bottom right corner of the browser window.
