Netscape Browser Settings

  • We do not support the built-in AOL browser. After connection please minimize AOL and select one of the supported browsers.
  • Please have all pop-up blocker software turned off during your e-Access session or allow https://pcaccess.silverstatecu.com/
  1. Check for version (Click on the following options)
    1. Select Help
    2. Select About Netscape or About Communicator
    3. The version number will be displayed in the main browser window
  2. 4.7x Series Settings
    1. Enable cookies (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Advanced in the left pane
      4. Accept all cookies in the right pane in the cookies section
      5. OK
    2. Clear Cache (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Advanced from the left pane
      4. Disk Cache from the left pane under the advanced section
      5. Select Every time in the Document in cache is compared to document on network section
      6. OK
  3. 7.x Series Settings
    1. Enable cookies (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Privacy and Security in left pane
      4. Cookies
      5. Select Enable all cookies
      6. OK
      7. Select passwords from the left pane under Privacy and Security
      8. De select Remember passwords under the password manager section
      9. Click Manage Stored Passwords
      10. Click Remove All
      11. Close
      12. OK
    2. Remove stored username and passwords (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Privacy and Security in left pane
      4. Select Privacy and Security in the left pane
      5. Click Forms from the left panel in the Privacy and Security section
      6. Uncheck save form data from web pages when completing forms
      7. Manage stored form data
      8. Remove all saved data
      9. OK
    3. Clear Cache (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Advanced in the left pane
      4. Cache under the Advanced section in the left pane
      5. Select Every time I view the page in the Set Cache Options in the right pane
      6. Clear Cache
      7. OK
    4. SSL Versions (Click on the following options)
      1. Edit
      2. Preferences
      3. Select Privacy and Security in the left pane
      4. Click on SSL
      5. Enable SSL Version 2 and Enable SSL Version 3 in the right pane
      6. OK
