Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2
Below are recommended settings for Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 users to ensure that you have no problems accessing our e-Services.
- Check if you have SP2 Installed
- If you have the default theme and start menu, go to Start, right click My Computer, select Properties
- If you have the classic theme, right click My Computer on your desktop, select Properties
- Within the properties window in the System section, if it displays Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 you have Service Pack 2 installed
- Update Settings
- Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Security Center or double click Internet Explorer on the desktop and select Tools/Internet Options
- Select the privacy tab
- Uncheck Block pop-ups
- Click OK
- Select Windows Firewall
- Select Off
- Click OK
- Close the Security Center
- Reopen your browser
