If you experience technical difficulties while using one of our online e-Services, please refer to the appropriate FAQ page below:

In the event that you still have problems after reading the FAQs above, please have the following information ready before calling the Call Center at (702) 733-8820.

  1. Account number
  2. Phone number where member can be reached
  3. Internet service provider (i.e. Cox cable, AOL, Earthlink, etc.)
  4. Operating System
    1. Apple Macintosh:
      1. If you have an Apple icon on the top left of the screen you are running Macintosh Apple.
      2. Click the Apple icon.
      3. Select About this Mac.
      4. The window will display the version you are running.
    2. Microsoft Windows:
      1. If you have a Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen you are running Microsoft Windows
      2. Click the start button
      3. The menu bar will display the version of Microsoft Windows
      4. You can also right click My Computer on your desktop and select properties
      5. The window will display the version you are running

    1. Windows XP/Vista:
      1. Internet Explorer 7
      2. Internet Explorer 6
      3. Firefox 3.5
      4. Firefox 3.0
    2. Macintosh:
      1. Safari 4
      2. Safari 3.2

  6. Are you behind a proxy server?
  7. Do you have a firewall? Network wide or on the local computer?
  8. Are you receiving an error? If so, what is the error message?
