If you experience technical difficulties while using one of our online e-Services,
please refer to the appropriate FAQ page below:
In the event that you still have problems after reading the FAQs above, please have the following information ready before calling the Call Center at (702) 733-8820.
- Account number
- Phone number where member can be reached
- Internet service provider (i.e. Cox cable, AOL, Earthlink, etc.)
- Operating System
- Apple Macintosh:
- If you have an Apple icon on the top left of the screen you are running Macintosh Apple.
- Click the Apple icon.
- Select About this Mac.
- The window will display the version you are running.
- Microsoft Windows:
- If you have a Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen you are running Microsoft Windows
- Click the start button
- The menu bar will display the version of Microsoft Windows
- You can also right click My Computer on your desktop and select properties
- The window will display the version you are running
