POODLE SSLv3 Vulnerability

Industry Security analysts discovered a vulnerability in a basic way that computers pass information to each other securely and safely. It has been nicknamed "POODLE".

SSSCU has identified four member-serving systems that are vulnerable to POODLE. We have begun taking corrective action. As a result, you may experience short interruptions in some or all online services. If you are using an older computer configuration (specifically  but not exhaustively, Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6) you will be unable to access Online Banking after we have closed the POODLE vulnerability.

Your own computer may need to be configured to protect you from POODLE.  **These solutions are not specifically recommendations of SSSCU. We provide no warranty as to their efficacy nor the effect they may have on your computer system(s). They are provided as a courtesy. SSSCU urges you to contact a reputable computer professional before making any changes to your computer.**
