We’ve launched a new, modern design for your online and mobile banking. It features simpler navigation, personalized elements, and faster access to your most-used features.
This update is being released in two phases. Phase 1 focuses on the most used pages. You’ll see more updates throughout the platform as we move into Phase 2 later in 2025

LOGIN & SECURITY
While the look of the login screen has been updated, your login process remains the same on both Web and Mobile. Please continue using your existing username and password.
The MFA screen for Web has a cleaner design, but the process is unchanged. You’ll still receive your secure challenge code by your preferred method (text, call, or email).
Yes. Just click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen for Web or “Forgot Login?” on the Mobile login screen and follow the prompts to recover your information. You can also still register as a new user if needed.
HOME DASHBOARD FEATURE
The Home Dashboard now includes:
- Clear account tiles
- Customizable widgets
- A personalized welcome message
- Quick access to your most-used features
- A message widget with important information and tips for better banking
Please see below for instructions on how to update your preferred name within Digital Banking:
- On Web: Click “Customize Home Screen” in the top-right corner. Enter your preferred name and click Save.
- On Mobile: Scroll to the bottom and tap “Customize.” Then enter your preferred name and hit “Save.”
Please see below for a summary of each:
- Account Tiles show your accounts (checking, savings, loans) and current balances at a glance.
- Quick Actions give you one-tap access to your most used features like card management, transfers, and external payments.
Yes! The Widget Stack is a customizable area on your Home Dashboard that gives you one-tap access to important features and information. You can easily drag, drop, hide, or reorder widgets like Bill Pay, Loan Offers, and Debit Card Purchase Rewards offers to personalize your dashboard. Your favorite widgets will stay at the top for quicker access.
This section displays helpful messages and tips, like reminders or pre-approvals. Tap the button below each message to learn more or take action.
ACCOUNT HISTORY & MANAGEMENT
Just click on any Account Tile from the Home Dashboard to go to that account’s full history page. There will be an “Account Details” button that will allow you to view all important information related to your account.
This feature lets you quickly switch between all your accounts (checking, savings, loans) without going back to the Home Dashboard.
Yes! On the Account History page, click “Print” or “Export” to download your transaction history in CSV and other formats.
These give you fast access to account-specific tools like:
- Viewing eStatements
- Redeeming debit card rewards
- Disputing a transaction
- Placing a stop payment
ACCOUNT PREFERENCES
This page now has a more modern look but the same functionality. You can still rename accounts, change display preferences, and manage account visibility.
