**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
Regarding Your Business Account Transfers
We have identified a system-wide bug within the Candescent platform that is temporarily impacting “OneView Transfers” for Business Banking members.
What you need to know: Some Primary Admins are currently unable to view or select their linked personal accounts during the transfer process. This issue affects both Online Banking and the Mobile App.
When will this be fixed? Our vendor has confirmed a resolution will be deployed during the upcoming system upgrade to Version 2026.01, currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
A Reminder on Eligibility: These transfers are strictly available to Primary Admins for moving funds between business accounts and personal accounts associated with their individual Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Linking Business & Personal Accounts
DASHBOARD & NAVIGATION
The UAS (Unified Account Summary) is a new “Read-Only” shortcut that provides a high-level view of every account and share you manage in one single pane, allowing for instant liquidity checks without deep navigation.
Located directly on your home page, these four high-visibility buttons provide one-tap access to your most-used business tools: ACH/Wire Payments, Bill Pay, Manage Users, and Account-to-Account Transfers.
If you have permissions to approve payments, templates, or users, the approvals feature provides a quick and effortless way to complete this important task. It has been updated with a fresh look and feel that allows users to view all items pending approval or filter based on item type (Payments, Templates, Users). Each item contains additional details accessed through the ‘View Details’ button.
PROFILE INTEGRATION
Yes. A new “Profile Linking” feature allows you to link your business banking profile with your retail banking profile. Once linked, you can toggle between your personal and professional finances seamlessly without needing to log out and log back in.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
When you click into a specific account tile, you will see up to six specialized Action Buttons tailored to that account. These allow you to instantly view eStatements, dispute transactions, or place stop payments without leaving the page and more.
Click “Customize Home Screen” in the top-right corner to reorder your widgets or update your preferred welcome name. You can also hide or show specific account tiles to keep your most relevant data at the top.
SECURITY & SUPPORT
Your credentials remain the same. While the look of the login and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) screens is now cleaner and more modern, the secure process of receiving your challenge code via text, call, or email is unchanged.
